Bug in the manual

Hello,

1. On page 87 (102 of PDF) is described how to make macros. But in the example is wronged the name of the macros

ldtwo MACRO arg1,arg2 .... should be

2. Page 54 (68 PDF) - typographical mistake - row 11,

should be -
