PICC-18 compiler for safety-critical applications

we are looking for companies that have used HI-TECH's PICC-18 STD or PRO compiler for safety-critical Software. If you have used the PICC-18 STD or PICC-18 PRO compiler for this purpose, and have any feedback, we would very much like to hear from you.

If you are planning to go thru certification process, you may want to call Hi-Tech. AFAIK, the older version PICC18 8.0 was not

yes, we are planning to go thru certification process.
And in this case the choice of the PICC18 compiler should be justified by its use in similar applications. So we need to know of companies that have used HI-TECH's PICC-18 for Software safety-critical.
I've contact Hi-Tech support via email. They aware of customers using PICC-18 Compiler for several safety-critical applications, but unfortunately they can't give me specific customer details.
