I'm having trouble trying to get my HI-TIDE (3.15PLO) to build a test project on Linux using an ICD2: can't figure out how to configure the ICD2.
I've created a project containing a simple main() function and selected the ICD2 debugger (Project->Properties; C/C++ build: Settings: Tool settings: Debugging: Microchip ICD = ICD2). This part seems OK.
However I can't see how to setup the serial port to use. Clicking Project->Properties; Run/debug Settings: Edit "My Project":Debugger shows an option for Debugger=ICD2 but no port settings - see the attached screenshot.
Can anyone suggest how to fix this? I'd really like to have hi-tide working on linux!
many thanks Guy

Thanks Nicolas

Hi everybody. My first post here!
I'm trying to use the Hi-TIDE with ICD2 on Linux too, but on debbug window I can select only PICC-18 Simulator.
Need to do something else?
I'll try to run windows version using Virtual Box as a B plan!
Thx.
